Catania & Catania, P.A. is a team of attorneys, counselors and staff dedicated to giving each and every client the highest quality of legal service available in the most efficient manner possible, regardless of the situation.
The Highest Possible CompensationSince 1992, the attorneys, counselors and staff of Catania & Catania have had one mission: to get each and every injured client the best recovery possible. We have a distinguished record of winning high awards and settlements on behalf of our clients. And we only collect a fee for our services if we succeed.
Top Legal ExpertiseCatania & Catania provides the highest quality of legal specialization both inside and out of the courtroom. We represent only injured parties – never insurance companies – and we're known for treating every case as if it's going to trial. This is important for you to know. It means that insurance companies will be less likely to try and push you around when Catania & Catania is handling your case.
Personal ServiceOur small size enables us to deliver personal and attentive service. Our clients work with the partners of the firm – not lower level associates or case managers. So you'll always have a legal expert to address your questions.

To ensure this goal, it is important for insurance companies to know which law firms try cases and which ones just settle cases. As a result, insurance companies understand our reputation of treating every case as if it's going to trial.
