My Dad was referred to Marco Crespo & his paralegal Terri Pinkham, while looking for a worker’s compensation attorney. What a blessing this team has been! From the very first phone call with Terri to every meeting with Marco, we have felt each issue has been handled with professionalism timeliness and great kindness. Both Marco and Terri treat my whole family, like part of theirs!! Know, when you work with Marco & Terri, you can truly trust them to look out for your best interest.

I regret ever choosing them. Its been a headache since day one. Very poor communication. No one ever seems to ever know what's going on. They don't communicate with each other within the office. Misplace documents. Unprofessional. They can't answer your questions unless you speak to a supervisor. I'm starting to think the supervisors are the only ones who even went to law school, and everyone else is just an assistant. Biggest mistake I ever made. I'm terrified I won't even be able to replace my truck after all this. I thought having them represent me would take the stress off of me in dealing with my car accident, but it's only made it worse. I don't need this trouble on top of being stuck home with my newborn son and no car.
I wish I could drop them.
I should have went with Lucas Magazine. They were absolutely wonderful in the past and now I'm kicking myself for not using them again.

I am very saddened by the way I was treated by Briana at Catania & Catania. I was in a car accident back in December of 2024. Briana was optimistic and very nice to me in the beginning of my case. As time progressed, she never returned my phone calls or emails in fact I felt like a second class citizen. Horrible. I am still in much pain with my sustained injuries.” Out of the Blue “ without any explanation Catania & Catania dropped me. Highly Unprofessional. I’m not sure why I was treated this way after reading some of their reviews??? I sought out to this firm for some legal assistance after a car accident last year January. Immediately after Tiana Z. took my information it was finalized I was now in the hands of Catania. I must admit navigating through legal issues as a young adult was a little overwhelming but thanks to them I probably lifted 2/10 fingers. Kelvis was very intentional and responsive; he was swift and always pleasant. Lisa K, my main attorney, was amazing. She worked very well with my case and kept things moving along. Lisa K and Lucy B were fabulous. The settlement took a little time but they stayed on it. I am very happy with the results. I have never used a personal injury lawyer before and hopefully I will never need one again, but it's nice to know their around.

The team at Catania and Catania helped me settle my auto accident case with a very difficult insurance company. They provided assistance throughout the whole process from beginning to end helping me get the insurance company to provide a rental and get my own car out of the impound lot when they were dragging their feet. They never called back. I was highly recommended to them as they’ve helped friends of mine. But unfortunately after speaking with the secretary reassuring me they’d call me back, they never did. I have a case where someone hit my parked work vehicle and fortunately enough no one sustained injuries in the accident, unfortunately enough Catania and Catania don’t seem to care about accidents where people aren’t injured. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

I was involved in a bad car accident last year in June it was my first and I didn’t know who to turn to to help resolve my insurance claim. Then I ran into an ad online regarding Catania&Catania services and they were very helpful and time efficient. My family and I got into a car accident last year. Our car was totaled and some members of my family had some injuries. Catania & Catania was the first person my father suggested I reach out to and I agreed as I know the name very well from all the billboards around. The reviews here also seemed promising and I’m doing my part in leaving a review so someone in the future can be persuaded like I was.

I was really confused as to what to do after the accident. My family went to the ER after the accident and I didn’t know how to handle the bills. The other party’s insurance said they’d give an amount but it seemed really low and I didn’t wanna sign their papers. So I reached out here and honestly the process was so smooth.

From start to end, I knew what to do from the clear instructions given to me. I barely even had anything to do in the first place, just send the information of my family, send all the medical bills as they came in, and that’s pretty much it. The process was lengthy because I was getting treatment and also the hospital took quite a while to send our bills, but I knew our case was being handled.

My whole experience with them was terrible. I came to them with an auto accident. To start off, I would call Lisa and I could tell by her attitude I was bothering her by calling for an update. She would ask me things like “didn’t we speak last month” and she still wouldn’t have my up to date medical bills. I stopped treatment to get the case settled, they sounded like they were so ready to fight to get what was deserved until they claimed the insurance company was at they’re last offer after only changing they’re offer once. They then tried to encourage me to settle in every way possible with no fight in them, telling me that the company didn’t have any more to close the case with. So she sets me up for a call with Mr. Catania and he said the same, I still don’t understand how you would know how much they have to settle the case with knowing their policy. He said in his career he’s never seen anybody settle for more in my predicament and told me on the phone it would surprise him to see it. I never spoke to him again after that call. I knew I wasn’t going to get what I deserve following their word. I even considered dropping them from my case and finding a new attorney.
