Brandon, FL (January 6, 2020) – A teen tragically lost his life in an accident on North Parsons Avenue on Sunday.
On January 5, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on North Parsons Avenue.
Reports indicate that a 16-year-old male bicyclist was attempting to cross North Parsons Avenue, just south of Clemons Road, when he was struck by a red 2000 Ford Explorer.
The bicyclist sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at this time.
