Dade City, FL (January 15, 2020) – Pasco Fire rescue responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident at the intersection of US-301 and Lock Street in Dade City.
The accident took place around 9:30 a.m. this morning when an adult male was riding his bicycle and was suddenly struck by a passing vehicle. He has since been listed as a trauma alert with serious injuries.
A medical helicopter was called to the scene of the accident and the bicyclist was hospitalized. Their current condition is not known.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
