Haines City, FL (January 24, 2020) – Around 6:30 a.m. this morning, an accident involving a tractor-trailer took place in Haines City. The accident led to extensive damages and injuries.
The exact circumstances of the collision are not yet known but it is believed that a tractor-trailer collided with a passenger vehicle and then ran off the side of the roadway. The passenger vehicle erupted into flames based on photographs taken at the scene.
The accident took place on FL-400 in the eastbound lanes, leading to extensive delays in the area.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and assisted those with injuries. The condition of the victims is not currently known.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
