Largo, FL – Fatal Pedestrian Accident at Seminole Blvd Intersection

Largo, FL (November 15, 2019) – Last evening around 6 p.m., a fatal pedestrian accident took place at the intersection of Seminole Boulevard and 104th Avenue North.

The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office immediately responded to the scene of the accident where they discovered a 61-year-old woman was attempting to cross the roadway at the intersection.

Police claim that the woman was struck by a 2003 Dodge Durango that was headed in the southbound direction. The pedestrian was tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The 59-year-old driver claimed that traffic was so heavy at the time that he was unable to see the woman. Police have not yet pressed charges and the investigation continues at this time.
