Pinellas Park, FL (July 7, 2020) – Around 5 p.m. last evening, July 6, a serious motorcycle crash took place at an intersection in Pinellas Park.
Authorities confirmed that the accident took place when an SUV and a motorcycle collided for unknown reasons at the intersection of 66th Street and 62nd Avenue.
The motorcyclist, who has not yet been formally identified, was taken to the hospital with traumatic injuries. Their current condition is not yet known.
The accident blocked all northbound lanes and most southbound lanes. Traffic was delayed in the area for a period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation is currently ongoing.
