Pedestrian Accidents in Florida
Pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable parties on our roads, which means that they are prone to some of the worst harm. Between the years 2008 and 2017, it was determined that approximately 5,433 pedestrians lost their lives in these serious and life-altering collisions due to negligent drivers. When a driver fails to pay close attention to the roads before them, these accidents can happen in the blink of an eye. Families should be prepared to speak with a wrongful death attorney in their time of need.
