St. Pete Beach, FL (September 22, 2020) – On Monday afternoon, September 21, a car accident with injuries took place at an intersection in St. Pete Beach.
According to Pinellas County officials, the accident took place around 3:44 p.m. at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Blind Pass Road when two vehicles collided. The vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, contributing to the serious collision.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident to assist those in need. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
All lanes of traffic were open for an extended period of time following the collision.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident continues.
