St. Petersburg, FL (December 2, 2020) – Around 6 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, December 2, a car accident with injuries took place in St. Petersburg.
According to police, the accident took place at the intersection of Elkcam Boulevard and Neptune Drive when two vehicles collided with one another. Though police have released few details concerning the accident, it is believed that the vehicles entered the intersection at the same time.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. One or more victims were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.
The roadway was closed down in numerous lanes in the area of the accident.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
