St. Petersburg, FL (June 29, 2020) – On Saturday around 11:20 p.m., an 11-year-old child was killed in a fatal accident in St. Petersburg.

According to police, the accident took place when two vehicles collided at the intersection of 15th Avenue and 34th Street for reasons that are not yet known.

Police confirmed that an 11-year-old boy tragically succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Two adults and another child were also injured in the accident and transported to the hospital.

St. Petersburg police continue their investigation into the collision at this time.
