St. Petersburg, FL (June 2, 2020) – On May 31, a dirtbike accident involving a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle took place at a St. Petersburg intersection.

Though the exact circumstances of the accident are not yet known, police confirmed that a vehicle and a motorcycle collided at the intersection of 35th Street and 38th Avenue.

Numerous emergency responders were present at the scene of the collision, including fire crews and paramedics. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital as a trauma alert but his condition is not yet known.

Eastbound traffic was impacted for some time and there were delays in the area.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
