Tampa, FL (February 26, 2021) – Sheriff’s deputy from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and another driver were injured following a two-vehicle collision on Friday morning, February 26. 

According to local sources, the collision occurred near the intersection of Adamo Drive and Currie Davis Drive. The accident took place early that morning at around 9 a.m. Initial reports revealed that a truck struck a patrol vehicle before colliding with a pole. 

The driver of the truck suffered serious injuries in the crash. The deputy was also injured in the accident. No further updates on the accident have been provided at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision is currently underway.
