Car Accidents in Florida
Approximately 166,000 injuries stemmed from car accidents in 2017 alone, with many of these involving hit-and-run drivers. In the midst of a hit-and-run accident, a driver flees the scene without checking on another party, which could mean that a victim could be catastrophically injured or even lose their life. When a negligent driver engages in these acts, they are breaking the law and should always be held liable. This is why it is important for victims to speak with a skilled car accident attorney as soon as possible following a collision.
