Wesley Chapel, FL (January 28, 2020) – On January 27th, emergency crews in Pasco County responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on State Road 52. Reports indicate that a vehicle was traveling along the roadway when the driver failed to negotiate the curve. As a result, the vehicle entered into the opposite lane, colliding with a second vehicle.
Two children, ages 10 and 12, as well as three adults were seriously injured in the collision. All five victims were rushed to Tampa General Hospital for treatment.
Florida Highway Patrol is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this accident.
