After graduating from the University of Florida, Peter received his Doctor Juris Prudence from Loyola University in 1989; Peter is licensed to practice in the Courts of Florida and is a member of Trial Lawyers of America and Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.

He worked for an insurance defense firm, which provided him with a unique insight into the inner workings of insurance companies.
