Pasco Co, FL (April 22, 2021) – A Holiday man was killed after being hit by a pickup truck in Pasco County on Wednesday night, April 21.
The site of the deadly pedestrian accident was located on US-19 SB. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a pickup truck was traveling southbound on the highway toward a private driveway. At that time, a 46-year-old Holiday man was crossing eastbound across the roadway.
The pickup struck the man, who was fatally injured. Despite life-saving measures from emergency responders, he was later pronounced dead at the scene. No charges have been filed at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly pedestrian crash is in progress.
